Over the course of her decades-long career, Stephanie has a cultivated reputation for resourcefulness and innovation through her numerous partnerships with a wide variety of local, regional & national clients. Highly respected for her expertise in the U.S. Hispanic Media market, she has extensive experience in Print, Radio, TV, Digital/Social & OOH. While she has taken on a range of broadcast leadership roles, one thing she’s brought to them all has been her ability to build, mentor and lead teams to find creative solutions for her clients.

Emilce Elgarresta

Emilce is an award-winning bilingual Media Executive with a proven track record of success in content development across platforms and genres. Creative and fluent in both hands-on and strategic leadership, Emilce has a goal-oriented, performance driven approach to her work, which specializes in the U.S. Hispanic market. 

She can visualize the finished product and shepherd projects from inception through execution, creating 360 branded content and converting ideas into effective and engaging strategies. Emilce has developed a slew of productions, including award shows and concerts, reality TV and documentaries, game shows, talk shows and variety shows, as well as handling the production management of large-scale live events. Her experience working in television production as well as multilingual branded content development for on-air, digital, social media and experiential mediums make her a widely respected and sought-after talent in the industry.

Fernando Messina

Creative Director

Fernando’s skillsets include graphic design, web design, coding, photography, videography, digital marketing. No matter which of these skills he may be bringing to a project, he is always driven by a passion for his work and a desire to elevate his clients’ campaigns to the next level. His personal ambition is to continue working in the US Hispanic market and continue opening doors and building connections within the Latin American community.

Fernando studied graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires and opened his own design agency in 1991. He went on to work with Manitoba Marketing and Communications in Paris, where he developed skills in B2B and B2C, and before returning to Argentina as CEO of Manitoba’s new Buenos Aires branch. Additionally, he served as creative director of Carlos Paulo Propaganda in Florianopolis, Brazil. Fernando has worked with a number of companies and multinational corporations such as DuPont, Lycra, BRS Aerospace, Schneider Electric and Telecom Argentina, among many others. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Italian.
